Charlie Cooper’s passion for HVAC came early. He worked for his dad’s HVAC company during high school. Now, he’s an RNC supervisor, meaning he oversees system design, installation and new employee training at MTB.
“I enjoy creating challenging designs and the building science aspect of our business, but most of all, watching all of the trainees grow and succeed within our company,” Charlie says.
The Rhode Island native moved to Charlotte for his wife to attend graduate school, and has been an MTB team member for four years. Charlie says he will miss watching dragons on “Game of Thrones,” now that his favorite show has ended, but he spends a lot of his time traveling with his family in their camper and watching his kids play sports.
