Koren is a long-time employee of MTB, and has worked in the new construction industry for 25 years. She loves getting the job done, but ironically, is the start of every new construction or renovation job.
Koren keeps the wheels on track and is responsible for getting the MTB crew ready for the start of a residential new construction job. She schedules the rough crews, ensures permits are in place, and coordinates with builders.
“There is never a dull moment,” Koren says. “You have to think and be on your toes and make quick decisions. That’s just my personality.”
Outside of work, Koren enjoys being outside with her family. You can find her interval training, hiking, camping, paddle kayaking or four-wheeling. She also can’t say no to good a fish fry.
