Whether she’s at work or at home, Jordan Devine’s life revolves around family. In her spare time, you can find her at sporting events with her eight-year-old son or heading on beach vacations with extended family. When she’s at work serving in account administration at MTB, she considers that like being with family, too.
After six years with MTB, the Charlotte native says she loves her work because the construction industry is always changing and MTB continues to stay ahead of the curve.
As MTB has evolved, so has Jordan’s career. She began working for MTB in the service department as a call representative assisting customers. Since then, she has worked in new construction and installation, overseeing builder accounts and new business. By learning all aspects of MTB’s work, Jordan has enjoyed seeing projects through all stages of the process.
“It’s the attention to detail that really makes MTB different,” Jordan says. “Everyone I work with is like family and we treat our customers that way, too.”
