Bake all the casseroles you want during the winter, but limit your oven time during the hotter months. Turning that knob is a surefire way to make your kitchen feel like a greenhouse.
Use Smaller Appliances
Now is the time to break out the air fryer, crockpot, InstaPot, George Foreman and toaster oven. They will produce less heat, so get creative and try out new recipes.
