Quickly replaced my failed Nest thermostat
I have been a member of MTB's Priority Comfort Agreement (PCA) program for years. Their service technicians come out twice a year for a system inspection and tune up. I have never had a problem with MTB until last week. I was not happy with the most ...recent service. The technician was polite, but I believe he made some mistakes that caused one of my systems to go offline and the other to freeze up. I let MTB know about the situation and they were very responsive in getting everything fixed and back online. I work in service delivery in another industry ... I know that sometimes things can go wrong even with good employees. We live in an imperfect world. Assuming errors and problems are at a reasonable level (which they are), the best judge of a good company is how they respond to problems.
